Carol has been a Midland resident since 1973. Before retiring in June 2003 as the director of school administration for the Midland Public Schools, she was the director of curriculum, instruction and staff development. Prior to moving to Michigan and becoming a school principal at Northeast Middle School in Midland, Carol taught English in Ames, Iowa.
Carol is also active in the Gift Shop Service at MidMichigan Medical Center – Midland and the Midland Noon Rotary Club.
Carol has two daughters and two grandchildren.
