Explore

Visit any of our 5 preserves open to the public year-round. Enjoy your favorite outdoor activities - hiking, biking, snowshoeing, etc. - at one of our preserves.
The Little Forks Conservancy also protects land through acquisition, by either gift or purchase, protecting it as a preserve. Some preserves provide opportunities for public recreation and access to unique resources in our region, while other more sensitive sites require limiting public access to preserve native associations of flora and fauna.
Winter Notice: Parking Lots of Riverview Natural Area, Forestview Natural Area, and Lane Preserve are not plowed after snowfall. Boardwalks and stairways are not treated after snow or ice and could be slippery. The Averill Preserve all access path is not plowed in the winter and may not meet the universal accessibility standards during the winter months.
