The 42-acre preserve named Three Ponds was acquired by the Little Forks Conservancy in 2021. Three large-sized ponds cover over 10 acres of the property and provide habitat for beaver, turtles, egrets, bass and bluegill. A rustic trail follows along the eastern and western border of the northernmost pond, providing access to the other two ponds. Recreational opportunities at Three Ponds include fishing, hiking and bird watching.

Note: This preserve is CLOSED to the public as of 4/15/2025, as the parking lot is being constructed at this time. Check back for updates on when the preserve will re-open to visitors.

This preserve is still in development, including the parking lot and hiking trails. Please hike at your discretion.
